The COPD Foundation's COPD360Net Initiative Approach to Patient-Centric Drug Development: A Case Study in Using Patient Surveys to Inform New Treatments for Viral Respiratory Infections
This study used a patient-centric approach to drug development for COPD by surveying an online community about a new type of antiviral nasal spray to prevent viral respiratory infections. This is important because including patient perspectives from the outset of drug development can be conducted efficiently by engaging an online patient community. M.
