I am a 45-year-old man that suffers from chronic asthma. I currently work as the director of a federal educational equity program. I have a 25-year-old daughter that recently graduated from UCLA, and my son is a 10th grade.
I am fighting for clean air because I would like to live long enough to see my grandchildren. My wife and I just celebrated out 25th anniversary, and I'd like for God to grant me more years with my beautiful wife.
I'm afraid that my asthma is getting worse, and I struggle everyday with my asthma symptoms. It feels as if I am constantly grasping for air.
I love my job, my family, and if the air quality worsens, I may never be able to see my daughter and son’s children.
