Denise M., MO

Initially, I read about the scan as part of a study at our local hospital. Through donations, the scan was free to me. I was grateful because I did not have health insurance. The scan was quick and easy. There isn't any prep, just a questionnaire. The second scan, I paid for myself, because I truly believe in the benefits of this test. It is my understanding, that most insurance will cover an initial scan. It gives me a lot of peace of mind to have this scan. I smoked for many years but quit on July 9, 2004.
